Set on the very edge of the Spektakelberg - escarpment, it overlooks the barren coastal plains below, setting the stage for spectacular sundowner experiences,

The Old Cape Dutch Manor House offers 5 stylish en-suite rooms. Naries also hosts a newly built, self catering facility; ideal for families.

Activities

The mine tour will expose you to the fascinating and high security world of diamond mining. Climb aboard the massive dragline (dependant on production schedules), which moves up to 70 tons of gravel in a single scoop. Visit actual digging sights within the restricted area.

Depart on a 37 km 4x4 trail with your guide to visit an un-spoilt part of the West Coast. During the tour, encounter three shipwrecks, namely the “Piratiny”, “Arosa” and the “Border”. Along the way, your guide will point out and inform you of the rich cultural history behind the archaeological sites, isolated beaches and diver's camps.

The Namaqua National Park is renowned for its majestic colourful kilometers of Namaqualand daisies and other spring flowers. During early August and September, seemingly overnight, the dusty valleys of Namaqualand are transformed into a wonderland, carpeted with wildflowers.
