Set in a quiet, leafy suburb of Rivonia, and close to the
vibrant village centre, Chislehurst is an elegant, affordable private guest
house with distinctive décor, separate entrances and secure parking.
It is only 25 minutes drive from OR Tambo and Lanseria
International Airports, a six minute drive to Sunninghill Hospital, and a 10
minute drive to the Gautrain Sandton Station.
Accommodation
All rooms are air-conditioned/heated, have king size beds,
desks with complimentary WiFi, flat screen televisions with DSTV, dressing
tables with hair dryer, and are fully equipped with tea and coffee making
facilities, cutlery, plates and glasses, a fridge and microwave.
The en-suite bathrooms are mainly double, and all have large
baths and separate showers. Top of the range toiletries are supplied, and
slippers and bathrobes are available for guests’ comfort.
Suites vary a little in size. A camp cot is available on
request. All rooms have separate entrances and are very private. They have two
garden rooms, The Foxbury Garden Room and the smaller Sydney Garden Room, which
has a private balcony.
Facilities
Guests have access to all facilities at Chislehurst,
including the lovely thatched lapa by the pool, which is where the bar is
situated, and where there is a dining table for al fresco meals, weather
permitting. This is where the ice maker is situated, the wine cooler, radio and
television and iPod docking station.
