11 Worcester-on-Durban Guest House offers B&B and self catering accommodation in the Westhill area, close to the centre of Grahamstown. 


Located on Worcester St. directly opposite the Diocesan School for Girls, 400ms from St. Andrew's College and St. Andrew's Prep School and less than a kilometer from Rhodes University and the Peppergrove Shopping Centre it is close to the heart of Grahamstown yet surrounded by extensive gardens teeming with bird life.

 

ACCOMMODATION


The accommodation consists of 3 distinctly different units each with their independent access. Each unit is equipped with DSTV, digital safe, under floor heating, heated towel rails in the bathrooms, kettle, fridge, fans, hairdryer, fruit bowl, complimentary hospitality items including fresh milk and mini bar.


The Cottage

The queen bedroom has French doors opening onto a patio and overlooking the swimming pool garden, as does the living room. The kitchen is equipped with 4-ring gas stove, electric oven, full size fridge/freezer and microwave.

There is a Weber grill on the patio. The open plan living room has a double sleeper couch suitable for an adult or 2 children.


The Stables

This unit consists of 2 adjoining bedrooms opening onto an indigenous garden. Each room has twin beds (set up as a king if required.) There is a large en-suite shower room. The main room has a fridge and hospitality area.

This unit is ideal for a family group but it can be booked for single occupancy or in conjunction with the Cottage if there is a group travelling together.

 

The Blue Room

This is our smaller unit. It is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. It has twin beds, hospitatlity area with fridge and an en-suite shower-room. The beds can be made up as a king if required.
